About Me

Hello my name is Paul Straw. Thanks for coming to check out my Blog that is me sharing my journey through this wonderful MKMMA “Master Key Master Mind Alliance” course. Paul Straw

You might be wondering what I am holding and why the interesting title to my blog.

I’m glad you asked. I am a Kettlebell Instructor. What I am holding up is a kettlebell. (that isn’t what we normally do with them… hold them up like that) One of the moves that is performed with the kettlebell is a Press. Besides that the kettlebell is made out of Cast iron. With a little play on words and remembering the olden days of something called a newspaper. Wala there you have it a Cast Iron Press. And because I am journeying through the Master Keys course therein provides the name. “Master Key Cast Iron Press.”

I am amazed at how being able to teach people “discipline” has such a dramatic impact on those that do what is asked of them. That I am putting myself out there now as one who is learning
“discipline” that will truly have an everlasting impact on me and those I’m able to share this “discipline” with. Join me on my journey and I would love to share in your journey also.

I am married to a wonderful woman, Sharron. We have been married for 14 years. We are on this journey together.
